This book is about following the music in my heart, what I call the baseline of my inner guidance system, while living aboard a boat in the Pacific Northwest and snow-birding to Arizona, and then moving across country while training an artificial intelligent mental health virtual assistant named Rubi, preparing it to be ready to provide support in the traumatic aftermath of COVID-19. With Rubi, I eventually start a business around a mental health educational platform I call StoryGuide.ai and from meeting groundbreaking mental health practitioners, I share how you can avoid a trip to the loony bin in a post-pandemic world and jumpstart your own inner guidance system.
